Joseph Hoats

He is an active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Michael Marshall
Michael H. Marshall, EA is known to his clients and associates as “The Tax Rabbi”. Before becoming an Enrolled Agent, (U.S. Income Tax Specialist) he spent 15 years in the finance departments of private companies where he developed an emphasis as a specialist in tax audit, payroll and tax collection issues. In 1984 Michael opened his own practice and today, Michael is the owner and President of Rapid Tax in Woodland Hills, Ca. He is the tax advice source upon whom clients, colleagues and contemporaries frequently call to assist them with their “difficult issue of the day”. Michael lectures extensively before business and professional groups, has taught accounting and tax courses for adult education, and has been an instructor for those who were preparing to take the Special Enrollment Examination to become Enrolled Agents. He has conducted seminars for Continuing Professional Education for other tax and accounting professionals, and is a guest speaker for the IRS, presenting for their Community Outreach programs. Michael brings to his presentations and lectures an intensity that blends his passion for research and problem solving with an ironic, sometimes tart, sense of humor.
