PLEASE NOTE: In order to attend all of the Life Mod Cruise Events, your cruise must be booked through this site or by calling (800) 385-0245.

All prices are per person based on double occupancy and subject to availability. Mandatory government taxes, fees, and miscellaneous charges of $49 per guest are additional. Gratuities are NOT included and will be charged on board, where applicable.

Single Occupancy Rates are 150% of the below listed rate plus the mandatory government taxes, fees, and miscellaneous charges for one (1) guest.

Before you proceed to booking, make sure you have the following information for all of your guests:

Age Requirements

Any guest who is under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult over the age of 21 who expressly agrees to be responsible for the minor. The minor must be booked in the same or connecting cabin as the parent or responsible adult. Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will be denied boarding and assessed a 100% cancellation penalty. NO exceptions will be made at embarkation.

When traveling with a minor and both parents/legal guardians are not cruising, you MUST bring an original signed letter (notarized) from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you. This will expedite processing by the Department of Homeland Security.

Infants must be at least 3 months old on the day of departure in order to travel.

Kids 17* & Under Sail Free

Children 17 and under sail at no cost when traveling with 2 full fare paying adults in the same stateroom. Mandatory government taxes, fees, and miscellaneous charges of $95 per guest are additional. Gratuities are additional and will be charged on board, where applicable. *An individual’s age on the date of sailing determines age for the purposes of this cruise.

Summary of Payment & Cancellation Terms:

  • $350 per person Deposit is required in order to hold your reservation.

  • Balance is due no later than 5 pm Pacific August 10, 2009

  • Reservations made after the final payment date of August 10, 2009, must be paid in full.

  • Deposits will be accepted until 5 pm Pacific on August 9, 2009. Reservations made on or after 5 pm Pacific August 9, 2009 will require full payment in order to confirm your reservation.


  • Prior to July 10, 2009
    Full Refund less a $200 per person cancellation charge.

  • Prior to August 9, 2009
    Refund of 50% (per person) of the total fare paid.

  • After August 10, 2009
    Non-Refundable
